TVFCU offers Mortgage Loans for Purchasing a Home or to re-finance an existing Mortgage Loan.

An appointment is necessary when applying for a Mortgage Loan. Please call TVFCU and speak with one of our Mortgage Officers who will gladly schedule an appointment for you.

The following information is required to complete the process:

  • A signed purchase offer*

  • 3 most recent consecutive pay stubs for each person applying

  • 2 years signed federal income taxes with W2’s (3 years if you are self-employed or a new purchase)

  • Copy of the deed to your home

  • Statements of any accounts you wish to list as assets

  • Most recent paid county, school, and village taxes

  • Statements of debts to be paid with mortgage

  • Statement of current mortgage balance

  • Copy of Homeowners/Flood insurance policy

  • Abstract, after approval

  • Copy of survey
